What It Means to Me

When I was younger, I never knew what to say when someone lost a loved one. I’d freeze up, my mind would go blank. I just couldn’t relate. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Then life happened. Post-COVID, after suffering dozens of personal losses, I don’t freeze up anymore. I’ve learned that sometimes, the best thing to say is nothing at all. Listening can be enough. ❤️🕊️ But laughter is better.

That’s why Smartass Cards means so much to me. It’s the result of navigating grief, finding connection in the silence, and realizing that sometimes, humor is its own kind of support. 💛😂
