  • Yep! See step 11 in our step by step guide. Click on “Schedule” to send the card anytime you want.

  • Absolutely! See step 9 in our step by step guide. Adding a personal message is an optional section. You can let the card speak for itself or add your own note.

  • Since e-cards are delivered instantly, we can’t exactly take them back. But if something goes wrong, reach out support@smartass.cards, and we’ll make it right. We’re smartasses, not jerks.

  • Absolutely! If your idea is funny, heartfelt, or just downright brilliant, send it our way support@smartass.cards. We’re unable to pay for ideas at the moment, but we’d be glad to give you credit (or at least bragging rights).

  • Nice try, but no. All our card designs, text, and audio are copyrighted, which means you can’t copy, print, or reuse them without permission. If you love our work that much, the best way to support us is to buy a card (or ten). If you have a special request for licensing or collaboration, hit us up support@smartass.cards —we’re open to ideas, but not to getting ripped off.

  • Merch (paper cards, t-shirts, mugs, etc.): Our merch is printed on demand (made just for you when you order). That means we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or just changed your mind. Please double-check the size chart before hitting “buy.”

    If your order arrives damaged or there’s a printing error, email us at info@smartass.cards within 30 days with a photo (or short video) of the issue.

    We’ll work with our print partner to get you a free replacement or refund (refunds go back only to your original payment source). No need to ship the busted item back.
